Privacy Policy
This page explains what EnneaEDGE™ collects, why we collect it, and how we handle it. It is maintained by Ring Results, the operator of EnneaEDGE™.
Who this applies to
This policy covers people who visit our marketing site, apply for the Early Career EnneaEDGE™ Scholarship, or use the EnneaEDGE™ client portal.
What we collect
- Account information — name, email, and any profile details you provide when you create or update your account.
- Application information — responses you submit through the scholarship application form (currently a Google Form) or through in-app profile prompts.
- Program activity — enrollments, tasks, task completions, reflections, and notes you enter in the portal.
- Coaching interactions — messages you send to the AI EnneaEDGE™ Coach so we can provide the coaching experience.
- Assessment data — results from the iEQ9 assessment when you elect to share them with your coach.
- Basic technical data — sign-in timestamps and error diagnostics used to keep the app secure and functional.
We do not sell personal information. We do not run advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To deliver the coaching program and personalize your development experience.
- To respond to your application and communicate about scholarship decisions.
- To improve EnneaEDGE™ based on thoughtful, honest feedback from pilot participants.
- To keep the platform secure, prevent abuse, and comply with our legal obligations.
Service providers
We use a small number of trusted providers to operate EnneaEDGE™:
- Lovable Cloud (Supabase) — authentication, database, and file storage for the portal.
- Google Forms — collects Early Career Scholarship applications.
- Integrative Enneagram Solutions (iEQ9) — administers the Enneagram assessment.
- Trulience — powers the AI EnneaEDGE™ Coach conversational experience.
Each provider is bound by its own terms and privacy commitments. We share only the information necessary to deliver the service you're using.
Cookies and similar technologies
EnneaEDGE™ uses only the cookies and local storage strictly required to keep you signed in and to remember essential preferences. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We retain your account and program data while your access is active and for a reasonable period afterward for coaching continuity, program improvement, and legal compliance. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time (see below).
Your choices
- Review or update most account and profile fields yourself in the portal.
- Request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us.
- Withdraw from the pilot at any time; we'll deactivate your account on request.
Security
Access to your portal data is protected by authentication and database-level row security. Sensitive credentials (such as coach access secrets) are stored encrypted at rest. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password and let us know if you suspect any unauthorized activity.
Children
EnneaEDGE™ is intended for adults (typically 18+) in professional or early-career settings. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as EnneaEDGE™ evolves. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email or through the portal.
